Can I return my item? 

We do not accept returns or exchanges. 

What if my order arrived damaged or if I received the wrong item?

Damaged or incorrect orders qualify for a complimentary replacement. The damaged / incorrect product must first be returned in its original condition before a replacement will be sent. Please contact customer service for assistance.

When will I receive my order?

Orders may take up to 2 weeks to arrive. Many orders arrive sooner, depending on the immediate availability of ordered items. Currently we do not offer expedited shipping.

It takes us up to 2 business days to process your payment. To put your order into production, it takes us 2 business days. Shipping & Handling is 5-7 business days (US).

Do you ship outside of the U.S.A.?

Yes, our list of international countries we ship to can be found during checkout.
